Honest critique:
Her red dress is so great - up.
More down it seems you didnt work so carefully.
The light is marvellous - difficult to do, but you did great. HER right hand seems a bit strange, is it shadow or does she has henna on her hand?
Her right eye seems to be a little larger (which could be just her). Her lips have no real highlights, the skin just above her lips shouldnt have so much light on it. These are only tiny things, but maybe it helps when I mention them.
But overall I see great improvement, Shashvat!

Yes i agree with you i did the bottom part of her saree ( dress) not really well ... i can see it now once you have pointed .

no she does not have any heena. i wanted to show the light between the fingers and i thing i made the other part real dark .. that gives an ugly look to the hand ( and fingers) specially the middle one
about the lips ... ahh i never realized it .. very bad of me ... i should have corrected this one ..

Often it happens also to me, that I remember to do the light right for example, but then forget something else.
